• Highland Crossing Student Housing Project - Boone, NC
4th Quarter 2014, DARGA Real Estate Holdings, LLC closed on its investment in 3 student housing facilities serving North Carolina's Appalachian State University in the Boone, NC area . This acquisition involved a large investment group in which DARGA Real Estate Holdings, LLC is a member. This deal resulted in the purchase of approximately $20M worth of real estate that currently accounts for over 340 beds and nearly 200 units of student housing.
